“Er Faciolaro” is a typical Roman restaurant located in the heart of Rome, just two minutes walk from the Pantheon. The restaurantwas originally a bakery that served its employees a bean soup for lunch. It seems that the soup was so good that in a short time customers increasingly asked to serve it as a meal. For this reason the restaurant was called “Er faciolaro” (who cooks beans). Since then the restaurant has kept its original recipes, expanding the offering to its guests with many other dishes typical of the Roman culinary tradition.
Our restaurant has 3 dining rooms and an outdoor area with tables, in one of Rome’s most characteristic ways. “Er Faciolaro” is perfect in every situation! In fact it is great for a quick and tasty meal, maybe eating pizza, but it is also perfect to eat a great menu for discover the goodness that we have selected and prepared for you!
